Every time you hug someone or sending them loving thoughts, your energy expands even more. Your body is what houses heart energy and your soul. It responds best to positive thoughts about ALL things. It heals with remembering that you are connected to the Universe and all of its angelic presences, and your God, whoever that may be. The deeper connection, the greater the healing power, for yourself and others.

How do you connect, you ask? With your BREATH! Your breath is the breath of the Universe, your Source. Breathe in through your nose, hold for 6 seconds and breathe out through your mouth. Do this 5 times. This is the beginning for each of you to connect with your spiritual soul self which is 90% in the Universal ethers, and only 10% in your present physical body.
